While launching this scheme we thought that we should think and plan for those,who wants to build their own villa on clean and serine beaches of Konkan.
We started hunting for sites on Konkan beaches and finally got it on Ade-Padle beach in Dapoli-Ratnagiri.
After completion of the project it would be only project of this class in whole Konkan region.

Here is Parshuram (who is known as Bhargav Ram also)temple alongwith Renuka Mata ( Mother of Lord Bhargav Ram)temple, Kalbhairav temple, Hanuman Temple, Ganesh temple, Shanaishwar temple, a sweet water man made lake & a house of Pujari ( designated worshiper). It is told that Parshuram Tenples are a very few. Every year "Bhargav Ram Yatra" (annual holy gathering) is celebrated on Akshayya Tritiya Day ( Birth day of Bhargav Ram). Almost everyone villager who is staying away from the village make it to be present for this yatra. this parshuram temple is belongs to gokhale family (gokhale-raste peshwas maternal uncle ).gokhale family has built this temple on the order of nanasaheb peshwe and appointed six fammilys for maintaining temple area and for daily pooja and his services by providing all six familys land for agricultural use and home and arranged yearly payment called sanad from peshwe darbar
